What a wonderful experience purchasing a TV. Mike was so great and Not a pressure salesman. He showed me what I wanted to see and explained the details on each set. The delivery was as smooth as could be the gentlemen were top notched. They took the time to show me how everything works so friendly and professional. We used Hephner TV for a commercial install job. The customer experience was seamless from first contact to final install! When Sean was on location he listened to what we wanted and provided personalized solutions. They had all the product in stock and were quick to come back out and install once we made our decision. I’ve now purchased two TVs from here. The service is impeccable. Their knowledge about TVs and sound systems is top notch. They actually know something rather than dealing with someone who just thinks they do. They do what they say, when they say. Their prices are the same or better than any of the box stores. In fact the last one I purchased was the same price as a big box store. But Hephner delivered the TV, set it up and hooked up my surround system and blue ray. We live 50 miles from Wichita. I won’t shop anyplace else in the future.

Called to see if we could get a TV repaired, they talked to me about what the cost would be, our options and gave great advice! They are extremely professional and helpful!! Will definitely use them to purchase and/or fix our TVs in the future!! 100/10!!!

I had Hephner TV repair an old TV VCR combo television. I was told ahead of time that most vintage TVs cannot be repaired and that I had a low probability of taking it home. I was told that Jerry was the only person in Wichita that still works on vintage electronics. He was able to fix the TV and get it back to me within a few weeks. I was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty that this company has. There is no wonder they have been in business so long! I have recommended them to several of my friends already!

Best one on one service I have experienced in years. I grew up hearing about Hephner's and why I never went there in 50 years I can't say. My mistake! They live up to their excellent reputation. Loved the helpful staff, products and the service! For once I feel like Someone has my back as they are a phone call away ready to help.
